If you cancel 48 hours before your event, you will receive a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee (15% of your total after tax). If you cancel less than 48 hours before your event, you will receive a refund minus a 50% cancellation fee (50% of your total after tax). 

Plan your rental equipment early to ensure you get the equipment you need for your event.

A minimum of five days in advance is recommended.
