Keeping our customers’ needs in mind, we make sure there is flexibility when it comes to our event planning services. Should you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing to cancel your event prior to its commencement, we provide various ways for you to receive a partial refund. If you let us know 7 days before the event, an 80% refund will be issued. Unfortunately, if you notify us only 7 days in advance, only 20% of your service fee will be returned. However, if your cancellation comes within 72 hours of the event, no amount of the fee will be refunded.

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as cash and Interac E-Transfer.
