The cancellation policy is as follows: If you cancel 10 or more days before your event, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% cancellation fee (5% of your total after tax). If you cancel 48 hours before your event, you will receive a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee (15% of your total after tax). If you cancel less than 48 hours before your event, you will receive a refund minus a 50% cancellation fee (50% of your total after tax).
